Rosslyns Cakes and bread opened in 2016 as a relatively small scale family run bakery, with only 2 employees and many of the products being manually produced. We began business by supplying mini shops within Nairobi South B with pastries and confectionery.
Today, Rosslyns has diversified its market to supply various supermarkets within Nairobi and its environs with an enhanced product menu to cover weddings, corporate, graduations, occasion cakes among others. We have a team of over 5 dedicated members and the capacity to produce 1,100 cupcakes every day.
