100% refund of deposit for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check in date. 50% refund of deposit for cancellations made within 5 days to 48 hours prior to arrival date. If you need to cancel for any reason within 24 hours to your check in date, your rental fees/deposit cannot be refunded. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to place any obligation on Manger to re-rent a canceled reservation for the Property.
